Larie is a Brazilian multidisciplinary creator and musical director born in Franca, in the interior of São Paulo. Described by Rolling Stone as a “pop caress,” their work fuses poetry, electronics, and sound experimentation across Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

A songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, DJ, researcher, and producer, Larie explores the intersection of sonic ecosystems and sociology through performances and multimedia installations. Their background spans musical contexts such as samba, funk, flamenco, and experimental electronic music.They have recently collaborated with the Portuguese trio Fado Bicha and Hélio Morais (Linda Martini).

Their albums Voa (2016) and Lux (2019) brought international recognition, with over 4 million Spotify plays and strong critical acclaim, with the Spanish press describing their work as “somewhere between Björk and Caetano Veloso.”
